Miracle cat here~

There are so many cats in our neighborhood - fuck all of these people who let their cats out ALL THE GODDAMN TIME, seriously, how do you sleep at night? - and I’m always worried about this, but how exactly am I supposed to check, short of actually opening the hood or crawling underneath every time I leave?  Which does not appeal, especially as I’m almost always running somewhere late or about to be late and in a huge hurry.  :-/
