I don’t think Tumblr will let me send links—STUPID TUMBLR—but I looked up “cat scratching discourage” and got a good site, “3 ways to prevent,” the first one is herbal sprays and sticky tape on the furniture itself—just ideas. STUPID CHARACTER LIM

Lol tumblr.  I looked that up, and I think we will be making a special trip to Petco today to pick up the Nature’s Miracle herbal spray stuff - thank you!  I will go off my nut if she does this again tonight.  I need my sleep! (This is one of the billion reasons I have chosen not to have kids - I couldn’t function having to be awake multiple times a night.)

Crate
If we had one, we would.  We might look into it if she keeps this up, although we talked about it and think maybe it’s just she didn’t get enough actual playing-time with us during the day so she had too much energy to burn at night.  We’re going to try to wear her out a little bit more in the evenings and see if that helps before we have to resort to crating her at night.
