This sounds familiar! Gwen has learned to wake us up at 6 AM because she’s hungry and bored.

Shit, I would be fucking thrilled if Mara were waking me up at 6 AM. It’s the midnight-to-4-AM stretch where she’s jerking me out of sleep/back from the edge of falling back asleep every five or ten minutes by attempting to scratch on, climb, or knock over the folding room screens by the bed, even though she’s been yelled at, chased away, and squirted for it every single time, that’s driving me batshit fucking crazy(er). 6 AM wake-up cats I can handle, I’ve had those before. Two hours straight of tormenting me out of sleep in the middle of the night, not so much. >.<
