Client: The capital letters don’t look like they’re the same size.
Me: They are both 32pt and the same font.
Client: Yeah, but they doesn’t the U look shorter than the E to you?
Me: Not really.
Client: It’s smaller, I’m sure of it.
Me: *draws lines across the page at the top & bottom of the letters and measures* They are both 5/16” tall.
Client: That doesn’t matter. Can’t you just make the U taller?
Me: *does this and shows another printout to the client*
Client: Oh no, that’s no good, now the U comes down below the rest of the letters.
Client: Maybe you should use a different font. One where the letters are all the same size.
Me: Sure… I’ll email you some options.
